My 7 year old is getting on my nerves. She always wants to be with me. If I'm cooking in the kitchen she wants to be there, which is fine. But if I'm having a couple of friends over for coffee, she prefers to stay with me instead of going to play with the kids - which is NOT fine! She wants to be with me all day and all night and I don't know how to peel her off me so that I can have some space and she can do what kids are supposed to do!
