You can't control the behavior of other people. You said this mom is "deranged." Perhaps she does have some problem. You're not going to be able to fix it - you can't tell her what to think, who to speak to or what to say. The moms who know you and your child already like you two for who you are. No one's opinion will be changed because of this mom's stories. In fact, the only one who is likely to lose out is that mom. People will see that she is over-reacting and they will wonder about her mental health, not about your perfectly normal little boy. So don't worry about it. There will always be people like her in the world and they cannot harm you or your child.  Sarah Chana
