We have a nanny and I find my children are very rude to her.  They boss her around and don't listen to what she says.  She is with them a lot and I am worried that she will soon quit.  I also am embarrassed by their behaviour.  They don't speak like that to me or my husband so I don't know why they think they can treat the nanny like she's their personal slave.  Anyone else experience this?
