i have a 6 month old and am still at home with her.  my husband thinks i should be going back to work soon.  i'm not sure if or when i want to do that.  i don't want to leave her with a nanny but at the same time we could definitely use the money from my income.  i feel guilty about staying home and about going back to work.  most of my friends go back after a year.  i don't know if i'll be ready even at that point. is is bad to leave my baby?
