My 10 yr. old daughter wants to go on a diet. It's apparently the "in" thing to do. She is by no means fat or overweight, and while I'd be happy to see her eating "healthy", this dieting thing scares me. There are so many cases of eating disoders going around these days...so how do I know if this diet is innocent and harmless, or if it might go too far? I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill unnecessarily...
